仕事内容

モーションTAとして,アニメーターをサポートし,アニメーション品質の向上を目指します。

具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです:

①Control Rig,Animation Blueprint,Motion Matching,Ragdollなどの技術を活用し,ゲーム内のキャラクターアニメーションの品質を向上させます。

プレイヤーが操作時に感じる即時的なレスポンスを実現しつつ,動作が自然かつリアルに見えるようにします。

②さまざまなフェイシャル技術を検証し,最適なソリューションを選定することで,カットシーンにおける表情表現の品質を次世代AAAレベルまで引き上げます。

③モーションキャプチャに関連する技術的な課題に対してサポートを提供します。

Job Description
As a Motion Technical Artist (Motion TA), you will support animators and aim to improve the quality of animations. Your specific responsibilities will include:

1. Enhancing in-game character animation quality by utilizing technologies such as Control Rig, Animation Blueprint, Motion Matching, and Ragdoll.
You will ensure that player-controlled animations respond instantly while maintaining natural and realistic movement.

2. Evaluating various facial animation technologies and selecting the optimal solution to elevate facial expression quality in cutscenes to next-generation AAA standards.

3. Providing technical support for motion capture-related challenges.

• Perforce等のバージョン管理ツールの使用経験

• モーションキャプチャシステムの使用経験

歓迎スキル

• Motion Matchingに関する経験

• Mayaでのリギング• スキニングの経験

• RBF(Radial Basis Function)技術の知識

• ML Deformerに関する経験

  • Understanding and hands-on experience with retargeting
  • Experience implementing motion assets in Unreal Engine

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Motion Matching
