ABOUT THE POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Animator responsible for creating animated sequences of characters, objects, and cameras. They should be proficient in keyframe animation and possess strong fundamentals such as posing, timing, & spacing, and able to take direction with ease while remaining creative within the parameters of the game's style for high-level AAA quality. Additionally, the candidate should be self-managing, well-organized, and capable of planning their work effectively to meet milestones.

  • Be able to work to a weekly quota. 2 sec to 2.5 sec /day.
  • Project style: Semi-realistic, Stylized
  • Must be flexible, willing to learn, self-motivated, and support the juniors.
  • Be able to work within a Production Schedule.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of experience in animation within the video games industry, with at least 1 shipped title.
  • Experience in producing animated series or feature films.
  • Ability to create strong expressions and convey moods effectively.
  • Proficient in creating poses and action movements, with a strong emphasis LOA - LOF
  • Ability to shoot video references independently.
  • Fully proficient with Maya software skills, preferably in a long-form animation series/feature film.
  • Lipsynch: Consequent experience in English Keyframe Lipsynch.
  • A strong grasp of the basic animation fundamentals and a great work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and good communication skills.
  • Must have good creative vision and be detail orientated.
  • English: fluent speaking, writing reading.
