ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Product Designer with an IT focus to join our enterprise digital platform team. Our mission is to develop integrated software and information solutions that support the company's strategic goals and business operations from a systems perspective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 理解企业商业模式和业务特点,企业的组织结构及不同职能部门的分工,熟悉企业项目的管理运行机制.配合部门执行策略,进行软件产品的需求分析及原型制作.
- 参与不同业务部门的沟通,分析整理具象的产品需求点
- 根据不同业务需求及功能撰写详细软件需求说明书及业务逻辑细节
- 跟研发团队和UI设计团队协作,参与产品的UI设计及软件开发和最终产品测试验收.
- 参与产品功能上线的推广准备及目标用户的培训工作
- 参与用户的使用反馈沟通,归集整理需求及制定相应响应计划
- Develop a solid understanding of the company's business model, organizational structure, and functional departments, as well as project management processes.
- Support departmental strategies by conducting product requirement analysis and creating prototypes.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather, analyze, and consolidate product requirements.
- Produce detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), including functional specifications and business logic.
- Work closely with development and UI/UX design teams, contributing to UI design, development processes, and final product testing and acceptance.
- Assist in product launch preparation, including user training and rollout activities.
- Collect and analyze user feedback, prioritize requirements, and define corresponding action plans.
QUALIFICATIONS - 本科及以上学历,有良好自学能力
- 有产品策划经验或对产品策划工作有浓厚兴趣
- 良好的文档协作及口头表达能力
- 熟悉相关的软件工具:Axure, Xmind, Jira, Trello, Asana 等等
- 具有跨部门及矩阵组织结构的工作经验或多文化背景工作经验或企业软件产品经验者优先
- Bachelor's degree or above, with strong self-learning ability.
- Prior experience in product design/planning or a strong interest in pursuing a career in this field.
- Excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Axure, Xmind, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations, multicultural environments, or on enterprise software products is a plus.
