Team ASOBIでは、情熱と才能を持つ新進気鋭の3Dアーティストを募集しています。このポジションでは、当社のゲームに登場する高品質なキャラクターやプロップ、背景などの制作を担当していただきます。必要に応じて、デザインに対する考え方や文化的な視点、制作技術に関するトレーニングを受けていただきます。 前向きに学ぶ姿勢と高い意欲を持ち、責任感をもって仕事に取り組める方を歓迎します。
役割・職責：
- ゲームに必要な3Dモデルやテクスチャ、小物、背景など、各種アートアセットを制作します
- より良いユーザー体験を実現するために、ゲーム開発に関わる他職種のメンバーと連携しながら制作を行います。
- 業務を通じて、ゲーム開発全般に関わるさまざまなスキルの習得が要求されます。柔軟に学び、吸収する姿勢が重要です。
必要スキル - アート、ゲームデザイン、ゲームそのものに対する強い情熱を持っていること。
- 英語の学習意欲のある方を歓迎(英会話レッスンを受講可能）
- Maya、ZBrush、または同等のソフトウェアを用いたモデリングの実務レベルのスキル
- Substance PainterおよびSubstance Designerを用いたテクスチャ制作スキル
- カートゥーン調の遊び心あるアートスタイルに強い関心を持っていること。
- スピード感を持って、自主的に業務へ取り組めること。
- 細部まで丁寧に作り込めること。

Job title: Junior 3D Artist
Experience Level: All levels. No past game experience required.
Employment type: Permanent or Contract-based.
Full-time (8 hours per day with some flexibility for time).
Reporting to: Lead Artist
Studio & Department: PlayStation Studios Team ASOBI / Art Team
Location: Tokyo area (expected to work onsite).
Role overview: Team ASOBI is looking for a passionate and talented upcoming 3D Artist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high quality characters, props and environment for our games. Where needed, will provide training and coaching to teach design philosophies, cultural thinking and techniques. We expect a positive learning attitude, high motivation and great commitment.
Responsibilities: - You will mostly create 3D models, textures, props, environments and other artistic elements needed for the game.
- You will also collaborate with other discipline members involved in the creation of a game to achieve the best user experience.
- Along the way, you will be required to learn many new general skills related to the development of a video game. An open mind will be crucial.
Skills required - Passion for Art, game design, and gaming.
- Intermediate Japanese language skill.
- Good modeling in Maya / Zbrush or other equivalent software.
- Good texturing skills using substance painter and designer.
- Strong interest in cartoony, playful art style.
- Ability to work fast and autonomously.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness and patience to learn with a respectful attitude.
- Social and outgoing personality.
