This unique hybrid position combines concept art and UI design, ensuring that every visual element, from characters and environments to menus and HUDs, feels part of a cohesive and immersive world.

About the role

This is a senior-level creative role sitting at the intersection of concept art and user interface design. You'll work closely with the Art Director and Design Director to establish the visual identity of a new project while ensuring interface experiences feel authentic to the game's world and artistic direction.

What you'll do

  • Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments and key visual moments.
  • Help define and evolve the overall visual identity of the project.
  • Design UI screens including menus, HUDs, inventories and other player-facing interfaces.
  • Create UI assets such as icons, frames, visual elements and typography systems.
  • Develop promotional artwork and marketing visuals that support the game's brand and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Narrative and Engineering teams to align visuals with gameplay and storytelling goals.
  • Translate visual concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain style guides that ensure consistency across concept art and UI.
  • Balance creative exploration with usability, accessibility and functionality requirements.
  • Support the evolution of the visual language throughout development.
