Are you an experienced Product Operations Consultant or Senior Producer with strong live‑service experience, roadmap ownership expertise and cross‑team delivery leadership?
This is a high‑impact contract opportunity supporting a globally recognised live game, working closely with product leadership to align multiple teams into a single, cohesive delivery organisation. You will operate at a strategic and operational level, driving prioritisation, improving execution clarity and ensuring that complex roadmaps translate into shipped features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and focuses on outcomes over process.
About the role
You will act as a senior operator across multiple product teams, partnering directly with the Head of Product to improve delivery, alignment and execution. This role is less about traditional production administration and more about building lightweight, effective operating systems that scale. You will define prioritisation frameworks, establish meaningful rituals and remove organisational friction to ensure teams ship efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Own roadmap alignment and prioritisation across multiple product teams and workstreams
- Build and manage cross‑team backlogs to ensure deliverables are realistic and actionable
- Facilitate prioritisation discussions that drive clear decisions and execution outcomes
- Map dependencies and sequencing across teams to improve delivery flow
- Design and run effective planning, review and retrospective processes
- Remove unnecessary process overhead while maintaining structure and clarity
- Translate product strategy into actionable quarterly execution plans
- Identify and resolve organisational friction, gaps and delivery risks
- Step into ambiguous problem spaces and create clear ownership and direction
- Coach teams on practical, outcome‑driven agile principles
- Elevate standards in product thinking, prioritisation and accountability
What we’re looking for
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in product organisations, working as a senior producer, head of delivery, product operations lead or similar
- Proven experience managing cross‑team execution within live‑service games or comparable product environments
- Strong background working at scale across multiple teams and stakeholders
Skills
- Strong product instincts with the ability to challenge and refine roadmaps
- Expertise in prioritisation, backlog management and delivery orchestration
- Ability to design scalable, lightweight operating models
- Exceptional stakeholder management and direct communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills in ambiguous environments
- Focus on delivering outcomes rather than maintaining processes
Nice to have
- Experience operating as a chief of staff or COO‑style partner within product teams
