About the role
You will act as the strategic operator behind paid social campaigns, guiding AI‑driven platforms such as Meta and TikTok through effective signal management, creative insights and performance monitoring. Rather than manual bid adjustments, your focus will be on data integrity, creative optimisation and performance guardrails to maximise outcomes in automated environments.
What you’ll do
- Optimise algorithm‑driven campaigns by managing data signals and performance inputs
- Ensure data integrity across tracking systems including Conversion APIs, pixel tracking and offline conversions
- Analyse creative performance and collaborate with design teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Define and enforce guardrails such as brand safety, placement controls and frequency caps
- Monitor campaign performance and identify anomalies or inefficiencies
- Intervene when automated systems under‑perform or misallocate budget
- Translate complex platform data into actionable strategies for stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Experience
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns
- Experience working with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Background in performance marketing or digital media buying
Skills
- Strong understanding of modern tracking frameworks including server‑side tagging and first‑party data strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and optimise algorithm‑driven performance
- Proficiency in data analysis and working outside platform tools
- Ability to connect creative performance with audience targeting and campaign results
- Strong communication skills across technical and creative teams
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI‑driven campaign formats such as Meta Advantage+
- Familiarity with privacy‑focused measurement and attribution models
- Experience improving creative production pipelines through performance insights
