Skillsearch is helping our client find a talented Marketing Manager to lead their digital presence, craft engaging content, and drive brand awareness across multiple platforms. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s WordPress website, ensuring high-quality content and an excellent user experience.

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to drive engagement and audience growth.

  • Create and distribute newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials to communicate company announcements and projects.

  • Handle marketing requests from customers and support trade fair preparations.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry media contacts to enhance brand visibility.

  • Lead award submission processes and compile briefings for graphic and other creative teams.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience managing WordPress websites and running social media campaigns.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of published content.

  • Proficiency in programs such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.

  • Either native-level German with excellent English skills or native-level English with excellent German skills.

  • Photography or videography skills are a plus.

  • Experience in film production is an advantage.
