This is an exciting contract opportunity to manage complex creative productions across multiple games, studios and marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standards.
About the role
We are looking for a Creative Producer to oversee the journey from approved brief through to final asset delivery across multiple projects simultaneously.
You will work across a diverse range of creative outputs including cinematic trailers, performance marketing campaigns, app store assets, live game content and partner studio initiatives. Managing multiple stakeholders, internal teams, external vendors and approval processes, you will play a critical role in ensuring creative projects remain on track while balancing competing priorities and production demands.
This is more than a project coordination position. We are looking for someone with strong creative judgment who can confidently engage with creative teams, challenge assumptions when necessary and help guide projects toward successful outcomes.
What you'll own
Creative Delivery & Production Management
- Manage production schedules from briefing through to final delivery.
- Translate creative briefs into realistic production plans and timelines.
- Define project milestones, dependencies and resource requirements.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent creative initiatives across different game portfolios.
- Maintain visibility of project status, risks and delivery expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with creative objectives.
Approval & Stakeholder Management
- Build approval timelines into project plans from the outset.
- Prepare and manage creative submission packages.
- Coordinate internal and external review cycles.
- Track approval progress across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Manage feedback loops and revision requirements efficiently.
- Anticipate delays and proactively adjust production schedules.
Vendor & External Partner Management
- Brief, onboard and manage external creative partners, vendors and freelancers.
- Coordinate contractual, financial and operational processes.
- Monitor quality, delivery timelines and budget performance.
- Act as the primary production contact for partner teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure external production resources integrate seamlessly into delivery plans.
Creative Operations & Workflow
- Manage project tracking and workflow systems.
- Maintain clear visibility across all active projects.
- Ensure asset management processes, version control and file organisation standards are followed.
- Coordinate final asset delivery and handover procedures.
- Maintain documentation and reporting across production initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and delivery efficiency.
- Establish scalable production processes and best practices.
- Support operational improvements across creative production teams.
- Contribute to the development of a highly effective creative operations function.
What we're looking for
Essential Experience
- 4+ years of experience producing creative, marketing or video content.
- Experience within games, entertainment, media, marketing or agency environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with hard deadlines.
- Experience managing external suppliers, production partners and creative vendors.
- Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows.
- Experience balancing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative & Production Skills
- Strong understanding of creative development processes.
- Ability to evaluate creative work and provide informed feedback.
- Experience reviewing briefs, production plans and creative deliverables.
- Understanding of video, marketing and design production pipelines.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders and challenging unrealistic timelines when required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with licensed entertainment, gaming or consumer brands.
- Understanding of structured approval and review processes.
- Experience working with in-house creative teams and outsourced production partners.
- Mobile game marketing experience.
- Experience supporting:

- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative production workflows.
