Are you an experienced Senior Creative Director specialising in user acquisition, performance marketing, and cinematic game content?
This is a unique opportunity to join a high‑growth game portfolio team as a senior creative partner, bridging performance‑driven UA campaigns with premium cinematic storytelling. You’ll work across multiple mid‑core and casual titles, shaping creative strategy, production quality and creative testing approaches to drive both engagement and marketing performance.
About the role
You will lead creative direction across both performance marketing assets and high‑end cinematic content, balancing data‑driven decision making with exceptional storytelling craft. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external production partners, ensuring creative output performs effectively across UA channels while maintaining a strong visual and narrative identity.
What you’ll do
- Lead creative development across user acquisition campaigns and cinematic marketing assets
- Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards aligned with both performance data and brand vision
- Direct production of high‑quality trailers, gameplay videos and marketing creatives
- Analyse UA performance metrics such as IPM, CTR, CPI and ROAS to inform creative decisions
- Design and test creative hypotheses based on campaign data and user behaviour
- Integrate AI tools into the creative production pipeline to improve efficiency and output quality
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage external vendors, including high‑end production studios
- Ensure consistency and quality across multiple game titles within the portfolio
What we’re looking for
Experience
- 7+ years of senior creative experience in the games industry
- Proven experience working across both UA/performance marketing and cinematic or trailer production
- Experience managing internal creative teams and external production vendors
Skills
- Strong expertise in scriptwriting, storyboarding and cinematic storytelling
- Deep understanding of gameplay capture, motion direction and VFX pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret UA performance data
- Experience using or integrating AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly or similar
- Ability to balance creative excellence with performance‑based outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience working with AAA‑level trailer or CGI production houses
- Strong background in mobile game marketing or live‑service campaigns
- Passion for improving creative production workflows through automation and innovation
