Overview
The Operations Coordinator will support the Partnerships & Training Manager in administration and delivery of the Level Up Mental Health programme and Safe In Our World’s training initiatives. They will also support in organisation and communication around charity operations such as events, initiatives, and volunteer opportunities.
Hours per week: 37.5
Location: Remote / Anywhere in the UK
Reports to: Partnerships & Training Manager
Main Duties
- Maintain accurate records of Level Up Mental Health partners in a CRM.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with Level Up partners to ensure successful delivery of the programme and effective workplace wellbeing support.
- Gather testimonials from partners to enhance the sharing of best practice across the Level Up programme.
- Ensure all workplace wellbeing resources as part of the Level Up programme are up-to-date and well-presented within the Partners’ Area portal.
- Proactively work with the Partnerships & Training Manager and relevant third parties to continually improve and enhance Level Up programme content.
- Support the Partnerships & Training Manager in the delivery of SIOW workshops and wider training initiatives.
- Support in creation of monthly Level Up and internal/volunteer newsletters.
Additional Duties
- Organise and communicate with SIOW volunteers attending events on behalf of the charity.
- Support the Charity Director, Business Development & Marketing Manager, and Communications & Events Manager in operational and administrative duties as required.
- Support in production of quarterly and annual reports for the Charity Director and Board of Trustees.
- Represent SIOW at national and international events, where relevant.
About you
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining business relationships.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload.
- Passionate about improving mental health support in the workplace.
Desirable:
- A good knowledge of the video games industry.
- Experience of working within an HR setting.
