Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

Netflix is expanding globally, and we're looking for a talented Workplace Experience Specialist to join our Tres Cantos office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences.

You'll own the day-to-day operational excellence of our Tres Cantos office - spanning Events, Food & Beverage, Accessibility, and Front of House - while collaborating with EMEA and global Workplace teams to ensure our spaces reflect the Netflix brand and culture.

This role reports to the Workplace Manager and is a key part of a team that shapes how employees and visitors experience Netflix every day.

What You'll Do

Front of House & Operations

  • Own the Front of House experience, ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors
  • Oversee the execution of shipping, receiving, and mail distribution, ensuring high service standards
  • Monitor ticketing systems and experience requests, ensuring timely, high-quality resolution and generating reports with actionable recommendations

Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all in-house events end-to-end - from concept through to delivery - acting as the primary point of contact for partners, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Continuously develop innovative event concepts that reflect the Netflix brand and serve a diverse employee base

Food & Beverage

  • Serve as the operational lead for all F&B services, including daily meals, pantry management, and event catering
  • Source and onboard new vendors, support RFP processes for new vendors when required, and continuously improve F&B offerings to meet the needs of a diverse workforce

Onboarding & Communications

  • Lead Workplace Onboarding Live Sessions for new hires and vendors on their first day
  • Own all workplace communications via Slack, digital screens, and newsletters
  • Maintain up-to-date Workplace ELP content

Accessibility & Inclusion

  • Lead Accessibility and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives locally, ensuring spaces and services are welcoming and usable for people with a variety of needs and working styles
  • Partner with ERGs, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to drive service excellence

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistently high service levels, with a focus on inclusion, diversity, and accountability
  • Collaborate with external design agencies and the Global Design Team on branding, artwork, and digital content

Transportation & Safety

  • Manage employee transportation programs, including shuttle services
  • Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team

EMEA Support & Projects

  • Support other EMEA offices on workplace experience initiatives on an ad-hoc basis
  • Take on stretch assignments, pilots, and cross-functional projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Office Management, or a closely related field
  • Proven track record managing vendors and third-party service providers
  • Experience in planning and executing corporate events of varying scale
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards in a workplace setting
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Mindset & Approach

  • Self-motivated and proactive - you know when to act and when to escalate
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Creative thinker who can develop a vision and bring it to life operationally
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
  • Genuine passion for inclusion, accessibility, and creating equitable experiences

Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (bilingual required)
  • Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organisation and with global teams

Flexibility

  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard office hours with reasonable notice
  • Open to travel to other regional and global Netflix offices

Culture

  • A clear understanding of and genuine enthusiasm for the Netflix Culture
