We're hiring an AI Programmer who will be responsible for implementing highly optimized, cutting-edge AI systems to help us create an immersive and engaging gaming experience. If you're passionate about online gaming and have experience in multiplayer programming, we want to hear from you!
WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
- Implementing networked AI features in close collaboration with our team of talented programmers and designers
- Designing and implementing AI behaviors, navigation, and other AI systems that bring our games to life
- Developing innovative techniques to support a large number of AIs on the server and provide an unparalleled gaming experience.
- Sharing your expertise and mentoring junior programmers to help them reach their full potential
WHO WILL FIT IN WITH US? - 5+ years experience as Game Programmer on premium titles for PC/Consoles with at least one premium title shipped as AI programmer
- Excellent knowledge of C++ and expertise in performance optimization and memory management
- Familiar with game AI concepts, including Navigation, Path Finding, Goal Oriented Action Planning, Hierarchy Task Networks, and more
- You can prove your experience implementing networked AI and optimizing them
- Very high standard of communication skills and teamwork
- Avid fan of online multiplayer gaming
- You are eligible to work in the EU
- It is mandatory to be based in Brno, so you must be willing to move. We can, of course, provide you with relocation support
