Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional overtime possible)
We are looking for warehouse operations associates for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers the chance for upward mobility, growth & skill development in this & to other departments with the client.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Cycle Counting
- Stickering and Labeling
- Cooler Construction
- Supply Preparation
- Supply Management
- Garbage - GMP Process for disposal
- Staging for destruction of material
- Supply receipt
- Special Projects
- Assist with conduct of Special Security Substances (SSS) Inventories

Requirements- Strong Organization & multi-tasking ability
- Experience with inventory management - preferably clinical trial, not mandatory
- Solid communication skills - This role communicates with multiple teams on site so having an ability to work in a collaborative team environment is essential
- Natural attention to details while working on multiple projects
- Candidates must pass our client's background and drug screen
- Experience in a regulated industry - preferably pharmaceutical but similar experience is acceptable
- Education requirement - High school degree
- Strongly familiar with basic Windows systems
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, &systems highly desirable
Work place requirements- Comfortable with being lifted 25 feet on forklift and cherry picker (training will be provided)
- Able to work up to 8 hours in 42 degrees - equipment will be provided on first day
- Will be needed to bend & lift 50 pounds
