Requirements
- English at minimum B2 level
- Polish at advanced level
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field such as HR management, psychology, business administration (It can be an internship required by the university)
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do: - Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR Administration:
- Organize and maintain employee records (digital and physical).
- Assist with filing documents such as contracts, NDAs, etc.
- Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits.
- Assist with orientation sessions for new hires.
- Support data entry and report generation
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
