About the Role A venture-backed mobile game studio founded by industry veterans is seeking its first dedicated User Acquisition Manager. You will take full ownership of scaling a new multiplayer casual title, working closely with product and monetization teams to drive global growth. This is a high-impact role for a proactive specialist who thrives in a hands-on startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale user acquisition campaigns across gaming ad networks including Google, Unity, and various DSPs.
  • Identify and target specific user segments with tailored messaging and creative assets.
  • Conduct deep competitive research and market trend analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence in-game features and monetization strategies based on UA data.
  • Oversee CPE campaigns on offer walls and rewarded play networks.
  • Provide continuous creative feedback and data-driven optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition specifically within the mobile gaming sector.
  • Proven track record with advertising platforms such as Applovin, Unity, and Google Ads.
  • Technical experience working with MMPs and BI tools like Amplitude or Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • A passion for the gaming industry and hitting ambitious growth targets.
  • Fluency in English.
