Senior Digital Analyst - Ad Monetization

About the Role: A leading global browser games platform reaching over 50 million monthly users is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to join their Monetization team. This role is pivotal in owning the data strategy and analytics that power the platform's advertising revenue. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Finance teams to drive growth through clever data design, SQL-based analysis, and rigorous experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities and resolve inconsistencies through deep-dive data analysis.
- Design and validate event tracking frameworks and measurement systems.
- Perform revenue reconciliation and discrepancy analysis across various partners and internal systems.
- Build and maintain actionable dashboards using tools such as Preset, Burt, or similar BI platforms.
- Improve data pipelines including extraction, cleaning, and transformation processes.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding traffic allocation and yield optimization.
Required Experience - Extensive experience in a data analytics role within a publisher, agency, or AdTech company.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and monetization metrics.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and validating large datasets independently.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Preset) and digital analytics (GA4, GAM).
- Ability to translate complex data patterns into clear, actionable business insights.
