Senior User Acquisition Manager - Global Mobile Games Platform (Remote EU or East Coast) Location: Remote (EU or US East Coast) Salary: €55k - €75k
About the Role A premier developer of a leading multi-game mobile platform is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Senior User Acquisition Manager. You will take ownership of scaling complex, high-impact campaigns, optimizing significant multi-million dollar budgets, and defining repeatable growth playbooks that materially move DAU and revenue. This is a hands-on-keyboard role that also offers significant opportunity for mentorship and shaping the UA function within a thriving global gaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize high-volume UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic networks, and emerging OEM channels.
  • Own and manage significant annual budgets, dynamically reallocating spend based on strict ROAS, payback, and cohort quality targets.
  • Turn experimentation into repeatable, localized playbooks for multiple game verticals and global markets.
  • Lead creative strategy and iteration, partnering with Creative leadership to build scalable concept-testing systems.
  • Mentor and develop junior UA Managers/Specialists, upleveling the team's testing and analytical culture.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to align UA metrics with downstream monetization and Live Ops strategies.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing/UA, with at least 3 years specifically in mobile gaming or high-growth apps.
  • A proven track record of successfully scaling campaigns with high seven-figure annual budgets to hit ROAS targets.
  • Expert, hands-on proficiency in Meta, Google, TikTok, and at least one major MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
  • Demonstrated experience providing mentorship, guidance, or training to other team members.
  • Advanced analytical skills (cohort analysis, incrementality/geo-tests) and a data-first decision-making approach.
  • Strong grasp of F2P game economics and live ops impacts on LTV.
