Senior Producer - 18 month contract - South East 3 days a week £400-550 a day

My client is a multi-award-winning game developer and part of a larger group of studios. They have a history of creating outstanding games, including a BAFTA Award-winning title. It's a fantastic time to join them as they embark on their next adventure, defining and executing the vision for their next project and settling into their newly refurbished studio. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Senior Producer.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting a cross-disciplinary Pod
- Working alongside the game development team leads to manage the planning and delivery of milestone content
- Partnering closely with the craft leads to deliver on project goals and deliverables for key areas of the project
- Producing realistic production schedules in coordination with team leads and key stakeholders
- Organizing regular product reviews with stakeholders and team leads
- Handling feedback and deadline impacts
- Supporting the team with production processes using a blend of agile, waterfall, and other project management methodologies

The ideal candidate will:

- Be experienced in project management using Jira, Miro, Confluence or other related tools
- Have experience planning multiple projects from conception through to completion with a mixed-discipline team of creative people
- Be experienced in sprint and milestone management, proactively resolving impediments to project delivery
- Have experience working in the games industry on AAA titles
- Be able to set tangible and achievable project goals based on resources available
- Be able to work with multiple stakeholders of different experience levels and crafts to effectively coordinate deliverables
- Be proactive, self-organised and able to work independently

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the studio in either Guildford or Brighton.
