Title: Senior Game Designer - F2P Mobile Games
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Europe-based)
Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 + potential sign-on bonus
Visa: Relocation and visa support available for candidates based in Europe

Overview:
A leading mobile games studio is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join a high-performing team working on a globally successful F2P title. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a live game environment, enjoys designing engaging systems, and is passionate about player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the design and iteration of core gameplay systems, features, and live events.
Collaborate with product, art, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality player experiences.
Analyse player data and feedback to inform design decisions.
Contribute to the overall game vision and mentor junior designers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in game design, with a strong portfolio of shipped F2P titles.
Deep understanding of game systems, economy balancing, and player engagement.
Experience working in live game environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
