About the Role We are partnering with a rapidly expanding art production studio specializing in high-quality mobile gaming visuals. They are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive their European growth, build lasting partnerships with game developers and publishers, and represent their vision within the global gaming ecosystem. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of external development and art production pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the mobile gaming and broader interactive entertainment sectors.
- Represent the studio at major global industry events, building networks and generating qualified leads.
- Deliver compelling pitches that showcase the studio's stylistic capabilities and production excellence.
- Negotiate commercial contracts to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships and meet revenue targets.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring absolute satisfaction and identifying avenues for account growth.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal art directors and production teams to ensure client expectations align with deliverables.
Requirements - 5 to 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management specifically within gaming or game art production.
- Deep, practical understanding of external development, art outsourcing models, and production pipelines.
- A relevant degree in International Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluent English.
- A strong existing network within the games industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe for client meetings and trade events.
