QA Automation Manager
Remote freelance around GMT+1.
12-month renewable contract.

We're looking for a QA & Automation Manager to lead quality across a large-scale, cross-device platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll define testing strategy, improve release processes, and build automation to ensure a seamless user experience.

You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to review upcoming features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure strong test coverage across devices and environments. A key focus will be on reducing defects while maintaining fast release cycles, combining manual testing with scalable automation.

What we're looking for:

  • Background in software engineering or technical QA for B2C platforms
  • 2+ years of QA automation experience
  • Strong understanding of testing strategies in both Manual and Automation, along with release processes
  • Ability to think from a user perspective and identify quality risks
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in remote, distributed teams
  • Familiarity with cross-device/platform testing challenges
  • Experience improving QA processes at scale
