Product Marketing Manager - Remote (±5h CET)

A leading online gaming platform, reaching tens of millions of monthly users, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of feature launches, player-facing communication, and multi-channel go-to-market execution. This is a high-growth environment with substantial autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence long-term user engagement.
Role Overview
You will work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure new features, live initiatives, and game launches are clearly positioned, well-communicated, and effectively supported across owned channels. This role requires strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing for features, updates, and live initiatives.
  • Craft clear and compelling messaging for players and partners.
  • Coordinate go-to-market plans across in-product, web, email, and content channels.
  • Use research and insights to understand user behaviour and guide positioning.
  • Identify opportunities that drive player retention and long-term engagement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in gaming or deep passion for games.
  • Experience with CRM/product communication tools.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset suited to small, fast-moving teams.
