My client is looking for an experienced Product/Project Manager to join their dynamic team. They are a new slot casino studio that are based in Sophia City, Bulgaria with a vision to develop awesome slot casino games.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of multiple game productions across all phases, guiding your dedicated team to deliver exceptional slot games.
- Create and maintain essential game-related documentation, including high-level design schematics, Game Design Documents (GDD), and detailed game specification documents (GSD).
- Collaborate with game artists, development teams, sound designers, quality assurance, stakeholders, and production managers to ensure games are produced in line with the agreed vision.
- Keep a close eye on the tasks required to create assets, code, and deliverables. Ensure that games are delivered on time according to our pipeline schedule and milestone deliveries.
- Utilize Jira to measure team performance and resource capacity, optimizing the team's output.
- Lead your team to deliver games on time and within budget. Optimize the development process and performance to meet our goals.
- Continuously research, play, and study casino games to stay informed about market trends and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Understanding of Casino Games
- Experience managing teams in games production
- Confluence/Jira
- English and Bulgarian
