Product Engineer
Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)
Relocation and blue card sponsorship available

We're looking for a Product Engineer to build and ship impactful features across a consumer-facing mobile platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of features from initial concept through to release, combining strong engineering skills with a genuine interest in product outcomes.

You'll work across both frontend and backend systems, collaborating with a small, highly autonomous team to deliver high-quality user experiences. Beyond writing code, you'll help shape product decisions, interpret user metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and use AI-powered development tools to increase speed and efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • 2-4 years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong frontend and backend engineering skills
  • Experience with React Native on the frontend
  • Product-minded approach with strong ownership mentality
  • Experience using AI coding tools as part of daily development workflows
  • Comfortable working independently within a fast-moving environment
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Golang on the backend
  • Background in gaming, mobile apps, or consumer products
  • Exposure to product ownership, roadmaps, or feature planning
  • Experience analysing product metrics and user behaviour
