Delivering a wide range of AAA/AA titles across various platforms including Consoles, PC, and Mobile.
As Lead 3D Artist working on a prestigious tactical shooter game. You will lead a team to create high-quality cosmetic elements for characters and weapons, ensuring prime quality assets in a dynamic environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Substantial experience as a 3D Modeller in video games with a portfolio to match.
- Experience leading teams in production.
- Solid understanding of art production pipelines.
- Experience with importing and setting 3D models in-game engines.
- Expertise in military-style weapon creation and texturing.
- Proficient in SubD modeling, Zbrush, low-poly modeling, retopology, UV mapping, and Substance Painter.
- Fluent English language skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyse client needs, assist in project planning and bidding.
- Establish technical and aesthetic guidelines.
- Ensure team understanding of project requirements.
- Supervise and support artist development.
- Coordinate quality control and improve team performance.
- Manage client interactions and feedback.
- Maintain organised archives of project information.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Document team learning and action plans.
- Solve complex problems and perform artistic tasks as needed.
- Inspire and guide team in best practices and industry trends.
