About the Role: We are working with a global product company seeking a highly technical Head of Product Development to take full ownership of both product and engineering across our mobile gaming portfolio.
This is a player-coach role designed for the most senior hands-on contributor in the department. We operate an AI-first environment, building the next generation of mobile games with AI at the core of how we develop, test, and iterate. You will lead without management layers or committees, directly shipping work alongside a lean, high-trust team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the product strategy for active mobile casual games based on eProfit outcomes.
- Write high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and maintain live knowledge of product metrics such as retention, ARPU, and ARPDAU.
- Take full ownership of the technical architecture, including Unity game clients, backend systems, and release pipelines.
- Drive AI adoption across the department, implementing intelligence layers for QA agents, LiveOps automation, and analytics.
- Personally contribute to engineering tasks by making architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, and shipping core systems.
- Lead and grow a dedicated team of Product Owners, Unity engineers, backend developers, and design/QA staff.
Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Prior senior leadership experience within the mobile gaming or mobile product sector.
- Exceptional expertise in Unity (C#) and scalable client-server architecture.
- AI-native proficiency with demonstrable production examples of AI tools accelerating your workflow.
- Proven ability to lead by proximity, working directly alongside high-performance teams.
- Strong data-driven mindset with extensive experience in A/B testing and rapid experimentation cycles.
