A leading online gaming company is seeking a talented and creative Games Mathematician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about probability, statistics, and game design, with a flair for solving complex problems and building engaging gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage mathematical models for online slot games
- Develop simulations to validate game mechanics and performance
- Collaborate with producers and developers to align creative and technical elements
- Translate game logic into clear, actionable formats for development teams
- Contribute innovative ideas to game ideation and design
- Maintain clear communication on progress, blockers, and improvements
What You'll Need:
- Degree in mathematics (probability, statistics, combinatorics) or equivalent industry experience
- Strong programming skills in C# or similar languages (C++, Java, Python, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills for modelling and analysis
- Logical thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, organised, and deadline-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
