Title: Executive Producer - Mobile Games Platform
Location: Remote / Hybrid (with regular travel Indian or Dubai hubs)

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Executive Producer to lead the end-to-end production of a growing mobile game platform. This is a leadership role focused on execution, where you will manage the entire lifecycle from initial design through to live ops. You will be responsible for sequencing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality features that drive player retention and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production cycle: design, art, engineering, QA, and live ops.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature delivery and platform integration.
- Define delivery cycles and sequence tasks to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Optimize platform-level flows, focusing on user progression and retention strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to scale production capabilities.
- Monitor and act on key performance indicators including DAU, ARPDAU, and LTV.
Requirements - 7-10 years of experience in game production (exceptionally strong candidates with 5+ years considered).
- A proven track record of shipping successful mobile titles (F2P or Casual).
- Deep understanding of the US mobile gaming market and player behavior.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ people.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and data-driven production.
- Willingness to travel monthly or quarterly to team hubs in Dubai or India
