Engineering Manager
Location: São Paulo, Brazil - Hybrid

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a small, high-impact engineering team building interactive experiences for mobile marketing. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own team growth and performance while staying close enough to the technical work to review architecture, solve complex problems, and maintain a high engineering bar.

You'll work closely with creative, product marketing, data, and engineering leadership to translate business goals and campaign priorities into clear direction for the team. You'll also help develop future technical leaders, establish lightweight processes, and create an environment where engineers can perform and grow in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of direct engineering people management
  • Senior/Staff-level JavaScript or TypeScript experience
  • Familiarity with PixiJS, ThreeJS, WebGL, or similar
  • Experience with performance reviews and development plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable balancing creative, product, and engineering priorities
Nice to have:
  • Playables, AdTech, growth, or marketing technology experience
  • Previous Senior/Staff IC experience
  • Experience managing multiple teams or managers
  • Strong interest in games and interactive experiences
