Director of Creative Product Experience - Premium Gaming Subscription

The Role
A long-standing pioneer in the casual gaming space is seeking a Director of Creative Product Experience to lead the evolution of a premium subscription platform tailored to a female audience (30+). This is not a traditional development or pure UX role; it is a creative leadership position where taste and vision lead, and metrics confirm success.
You will own the end-to-end creative journey, defining how a library of titles connects into a cohesive, high-value ecosystem. Your goal is to move beyond generic gamification and create "signature moments" that make the service feel indispensable to the daily lives of millions of players.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the creative product vision for a multi-game subscription platform.
- Invent original "only on platform" experiences, rituals, and interactive formats.
- Design healthy engagement patterns that prioritize stress relief and mental stimulation over "grind" or artificial urgency.
- Integrate AI into the core product experience to provide personalized, supportive value.
- Champion the "voice of the user," ensuring every feature respects the player's time and mood.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing to translate emotional value into sustainable business growth (retention, conversion, and renewals).
Requirements - 10+ years of experience in product leadership or creative direction within games or digital entertainment.
- Proven track record of building innovative experiences for a female casual audience.
- Ability to balance high-level creative storytelling with data-informed decision-making.
- Experience shipping AI-integrated product features that meaningfully improve user experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate a "vision" to executive investors.
- Resourceful, hands-on mindset suitable for a mid-sized, high-impact studio environment.
Package - Salary: €100k - €140k (DOE)
