About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical Programmatic Manager to join a leading global gaming platform. You will take full ownership of ad operations and yield optimization for a site serving over 40 million monthly users. This role is ideal for a "technical detective" who enjoys diving into data to identify revenue growth opportunities and optimize a complex programmatic stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive yield performance end-to-end across the programmatic stack.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ad Manager (GAM), header bidding setups, and SSP integrations.
  • Identify and resolve revenue leakage, technical discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve ad stack scalability and reduce latency.
  • Manage floor price strategies, demand allocation, and identity solution integrations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising (Publisher, Agency, or Ad Tech side).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) and programmatic auctions.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, CMPs, and privacy frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-oriented environment.
