We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 2D Game Designer to join our team
specializing in slot games. As a 2D Game Designer, you will be responsible for
creating visually appealing and engaging game designs, ensuring an immersive and entertaining player experience. A good understanding of Midjourney and AI is important for the role to effectively design and optimize game visuals.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with the game development team to conceptualize, design, and implement 2D assets, graphics, and animations for slot games.
- Create visually appealing game interfaces, symbols, characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements that align with the game theme and overall player experience.
- Utilize a good understanding of Midjourney and AI to create personalized player experiences and dynamic game elements.
- Work closely with the designers, developers, animators and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of game design elements into the final product.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in game design, technology, and industry trends to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of slot game designs.
Who are you? - Proven experience as a 2D Game Designer, preferably with a focus on slot games.
- Strong proficiency in 2D design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
- Good understanding of Midjourney and AI concepts and their application in game design.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and meet deadlines.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the slot game industry.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous 2D game design work is highly desirable.
