What you will be doing:

Formation Games is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Performance Marketing Manager to manage user acquisition day-to-day. This role is all about execution, precision, and focus. You will be a crucial pillar of our Marketing team, taking the lead on the precise setup of campaigns and the daily management of our creative assets. If you have a perfectionist mindset, a sharp eye for the finer details of ad setup, and a hunger to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced mobile gaming industry, this is the perfect stage for you.

You will report directly to the Head of Performance Management and work closely with the Product Manager and content team.

As a start-up, this is a role with lots of growth opportunity and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and build user acquisition campaigns across major ad networks including Google, Meta & TikTok, ensuring all audience, bidding, and budget settings are accurate

  • Manage the routine upload, updating, and rotation of ad creatives, ensuring our A/B tests run smoothly and consistently

  • Act as the team's "Quality Gatekeeper," rigorously checking and double-checking all tracking links, naming conventions, and parameter details

  • Monitor daily campaign statuses, assist in generating baseline performance reports and creative analysis

  • Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing Team to maintain a meticulously organised and systematised creative asset library

Essential:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in User Acquisition with Apps and/or Gaming

  • Excellent knowledge of campaign setup and performance analysis across ad platforms including: Meta, Google & TikTok

  • Strong English written and oral communication skills

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail when handling intricate, repetitive tasks

  • Interest in working with data and dashboards

  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment

Nice to Have:

  • Curiosity for creative ad ideas

  • Interest in football or gaming

  • Experience in mobile gaming

  • Playable ad expertise

Work Hours:

  • Regular hours to collaborate with the team in London timezone.

  • Hybrid role: commutable to London 2 days per week
