Employee Mobility Services (EMS) team provides a one-stop solution for our company's travel, visa and destination services which connect both employees and the business across our global footprint. Responsibilities - Support immigration processes for employees and candidates, helping to ensure a smooth and compliant experience across a range of case types and business needs. - Coordinate with external immigration vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality support, maintain service standards, and drive positive stakeholder experience. - Manage case progress and communications throughout the process, including setting expectations, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and escalating issues where appropriate. - Draft and maintain communication materials, process guides, FAQs, and policy-related resources to improve clarity, consistency, and user experience. - Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of immigration policies, processes, and operational frameworks. - Analyse case trends, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify insights, support decision-making, and recommend process improvements. - Partner cross-functionally with teams including HR, mobility, recruiting, legal, and vendors on immigration-related operations, projects, and evolving business priorities. - Participate in ad hoc initiatives and special projects related to immigration, mobility, compliance, employee experience, or operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting both local hire and mobility populations preferred. - Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios. - Proactive problem solver, with a track record of improving processes and delivering solutions in ambiguous environments.
