ATRA collaborates with game studios around the world to help build ambitious games across PC and console platforms. Our team brings together experienced developers who care deeply about craft, collaboration and delivering high-quality game experiences.
We are currently looking to connect with 3D Artists of all seniority levels, across multiple areas of specialization: environments, props, characters, creatures and other production assets for games.
3D Artists at ATRA work closely with designers, technical artists and engineers to create assets that support both the visual direction and the technical requirements of the project. Depending on the engagement, you may integrate directly with partner teams or contribute to content developed within ATRA.

Salary Range (Gross/year):
Creating high-quality 3D assets for games, such as environments, props, characters and outfits or other production assets depending on your expertise and project needs
Translating concept art and design direction into fully realized in-game assets
Collaborating with designers, technical artists and engineers to ensure assets integrate smoothly into the game
Maintaining strong visual quality while respecting technical constraints and performance targets
Iterating on assets based on art direction and production feedback
Contributing to the overall visual consistency and quality of the project
Requirements:
Experience as a 3D Artist in game development (appropriate requirement in years/projects based on level of seniority applied for)
Strong skills in modeling, sculpting and texturing assets
Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Photoshop or similar software
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-quality, visually compelling assets suitable for modern game production
Solid understanding of form, proportion, silhouette and structural design in 3D modeling
Experience working with modern game engines such as Unreal Engine
Understanding of real-time asset constraints, including polygon budgets and texture optimization
Ability to receive feedback and iterate effectively based on art direction
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Substance Painter / Substance Designer or similar texturing tools
Experience optimizing assets for real-time performance
Familiarity with modular asset workflows and large game environments
Experience contributing to shipped titles
Understanding of technical art constraints or pipeline workflows
