What You'll Do
* Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware.
* Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution.
* Furnish post-installation aid to preserve system stability and customer happiness.
* Collaborate with collaborators to ensure adherence to all regulatory and operational requirements.
* Document processes and compose detailed reports to support continuous improvement.
* Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities.
What We're Looking For
* Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts.
* Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
* Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
* Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
* Experience in casino or gaming environments is helpful but not required.
* Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses.
