Smilegate are looking for an Associate Producer to help shape their teams existing standard of excellence. You will work with both the creative and engineering groups on a project that's shaping up to be a huge new AAA open world IP.
As an Associate Producer you'll be essential to the day-to-day running of the development teams and helping ensure they are able to work efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include...
- Collaborate with developers on a daily basis to ensure the project is on track
- Be the guardian of progress within agreed tolerance and propose plans in tandem with the developers on how to resolve challenges
- Work with senior managers in the department, brand, and other team members to maximise game quality within time and cost constraints
- Promote the game everywhere by giving demos and presentations
- Present progress of titles at major review meetings taking full accountability for product status
The skills and experience you will bring to the role... - Experience of a full game development lifecycle (pre-production through to release)
- First hand experience working with the development team in an internal production capacity
- Comfortable with conflict resolution and distributed team building skills
- Experience of different PM software such as Jira
- Good presentation skills
