UI UX Studio Lead
We are looking for a highly experienced UX/UI Director for our Stockholm studio.
Your role within our Kingdom
You will join our team where your mission is to lead and evolve the UI and UX organization in Stockholm across multiple game titles. As a UX/UI Director who coaches large teams towards excellence, you will have deep knowledge of what good UX and UI looks like and can drive your vision forward in both a highly strategic and tactical way. You'll manage and mentor our team of UX and UI designers to promote personal growth as well as elevate the quality of UX and UI deliverables across the studio. As the spokesperson for UX and UI you will also have a close collaboration with producers, game designers, developers, business performance, player insights, and marketing to collectively solve problems and delight our players.

You are used to working hands-on in projects and have no problem doing so if needed during certain periods.
Proven track record of directing high quality, complex UI art and animation, including gameplay assets, from concept to in-game.
In-depth experience in defining and applying appropriate UCD processes and methodologies depending on project needs, style guides, and other necessary documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills - you feel at home with project planning.
You evangelize UX on a studio level, proactively and continuously assessing the studio's needs and driving initiatives.
You have knowledge of technical constraints, optimizations and the implementation of content.
Experience working in an agile project environmentPrevious experience from creating casual and/or mobile games"
