Senior UA Manager in Barcelona

Are you an experienced UA Manager that wants to join the newest studio of a worldwide games industry giant? It’s a unique opportunity to work with well loved classics while also creating the next generation of mobile games – all while located on the beach in Spain!

You’ll head up the planning, execution and ongoing optimisation of ad campaigns, working closely with the wider team to ensure growth across all of the games. Part of your time will also be focused on the key KPIs which will be achieved alongside MMPs, internal account managers and external agencies.

This studio already has a core team of experienced, diverse and dedicated people but you’ll be joining only months after the studio opening so will have a real impact on games and studio.

Senior UA Manager Responsibilities:

Ad campaigns – work across Facebook, Google Ads, Video Networks and more to run campaigns from design and testing to optimisation. You’ll be aiming for positive data driven results using the appropriate creatives, targeting, CPIs and more.

Creative Assets – Work closely with the internal creative teams and extgernal agencies to produce high quality assets. Identify needs for marketing agencies and onboard effectively.

Best Practices – Use your UA background and UA networks to identify valuable channels, execute test campaigns and trends

Testing – Use A/B testing throughout the ad process for headlines, copy and assets

Teams – Ensure your findings and knowledge to the UA team and wider studio

Events – represent the company at events and conferences

Requirements for this role in Barcelona:

Strong background in performance marketing using Facebook and other networks to manage ads with demonstratable results

High level of knowledge on campaign optimisation, asset management, and campaign attribution

Analytically minded with a background using data, your attention to detail and organisational skills to manage the UA of games

Experience with budgets and growth strategies

Examples of successful campaigns where you have been involved from creative briefs to post-campaign reporting

It would also be helpful to have experience with a combination of the following – ASO, Ad monetization, managing agencies, and large monetisation budgets
