Are you a Game Designer looking to take on a high responsibility and varied role?
In this Senior Game Designer role at this studio in Berlin, you will be taking on several responsibilities including designing gameplay and new features, work on game narrative and using data to improve player experience.
The studio focuses on making beautiful and innovative narrative games for their loyal players by listening to feedback and improving games wherever possible. You will become a key player within this team as a Senior Game Designer, allowing for these improvements to be made using player feedback data.

Senior Game Designer responsibilities:
Help design gameplay and in game economic systems
Explore data to ensure players have engaging experiences
Create and balance new features and events
Roll out narrative game content working alongside a writing team
Act as a point of communication between data engineering, data science and games teams
Ensure the studio remains current in the puzzle game market
Key requirements for this role in Berlin:
Significant experience in the mobile gaming industry
Experience of live-ops and an understanding of the requirements of delivering regular content
Strong analytical skills and a love for casual games
Able to visualise and present ideas in a coherent way
Experience with monetisation design
Able to work autonomously and efficiently manage own time
