What we are looking for

You are a dedicated CRM Specialist (m/f/d) with a passion for pushing customer activation and retention via our CRM tool and channels? You're striving to take the next step in your career and move towards more strategical tasks and leadership?

Then YOU are our next Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d) who will support our Marketing Team at our location in Hamburg or Berlin at the earliest opportunity.

Your Tasks

  • You support the CRM strategy for the gamigo group to increase customer retention, engagement, monetization and reactivation
  • You develop and unify the approach to customer initiatives throughout different functions, evaluating and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, e.g. building highly engaging email marketing campaigns
  • You take ownership to automate our communication across the various customer touchpoints to bring our Customer Lifetime value to the next level
  • You lead, motivate and enable a team of three colleagues
  • Organisation and set-up of the team as well as coordinating with other stakeholders
  • You enable the team to plan campaigns while taking every single customer touchpoint into account to create an awesome customer experience
  • You are responsible for budgets & forecasting and monitoring relevant KPIs


Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in CRM, Email Marketing, Re-targeting and Customer Lifecycle Management; (ideally 3-5 years)
  • A good technical understanding and the ability to translate CRM requirements into technical tasks
  • You have a digital background and bring strong understanding of CRM tools, Social Media and related KPIs
  • Understanding of Gaming and/or Entertainment Communities
  • University degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Media or equivalent related work experience
  • An affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability
  • Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with Exponea
  • Experience in leading a team in a dynamic environment
  • Any other European language is a plus
