Senior C++ Developer in London
Are you an experienced C++ Developer looking for a new opportunity working with exciting technology? Do you have a background in coding and confidence when working with real-time systems?
We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join a studio in London that help artists discover and achieve their vision. They create stunning visual displays using sophisticated technology for concerts, theatres and other high-level performances. Their mission is to be at the heart of live experiences to make them awe-inspiring and thrilling for audiences.
As a Senior C++ Developer, you will be working to create their latest technologies and software using your skills and experience. This will largely include writing and maintaining seamless code, so you will need a strong background in this to succeed in the role.
As a part of the team here, you will be able to enjoy some industry leading job perks. Senior C++ Developer responsibilities:
Produce well written and maintainable code
Design and implement new systems as well as upgrade existing systems
Provide support to users of the products
Develop automated testing systems
Key requirements for this role in London:
6+ years’ experience in software developer role
Experience of C++, Python, Visual Studio, Windows and DirectX technologies
Experience working with real-time systems
1+ commercially released software product
Strong mathematics skills
Able to work on all areas of code
Able to work autonomously without direction or supervision
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
The following would be beneficial but are not essential to the role:
System architecture, networking and audio skills
Experience in automated testing and development, media servers and in the gaming industry
