ECI Games is the leading video game localisation partner in APAC and is looking to build on recent success in Europe by hiring an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead regional revenue growth. The individual must be consultative, have extensive experience growing revenue, and a deep understanding of the games industry. Ideally, they already have an existing network in games, are passionate about the industry, and familiar with localisation and its role in game development.

This position is perfect for someone who loves games, developing relationships, and is looking to eventually lead a team. The successful candidate will understand the full sales cycle, from cultivating relationships within their network too negotiating and closing new partnerships and will be comfortable in a leadership role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading new business generation within the European video games market
  • Personally managing revenue in Central and Eastern Europe, including Germany and Poland
  • Account management and growth of new accounts
  • Attending client meetings, events, and studios
  • Presenting ECI Games in line with briefs
  • Creating effective solutioning which matches back to client requirements
  • Organically generating leads
  • Implementing regional based strategies to achieve revenue-based targets
  • Liaising with Developers and Publishers

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, account management, or partnerships
  • Excellent video game knowledge
  • Experience working to and achieving revenue-based targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication
  • An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be hugely beneficial
  • Innovative, motivated, and entrepreneurial
  • Business development experience within the games industry is advantageous but not essential
  • An organised individual with a passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools
  • Happy working remotely
  • Someone keen to be part of a new and rapidly growing organisation
