We are looking for a super-talented Product (UX/UI) Designer with creative flair and a great portfolio to join the London team of an exciting young venture for game players - the very first of its kind. 

Are you looking for a new role, working on a service in its earliest, formative days? Are you commercially-minded, enjoy problem-solving, playing video games and have a portfolio jam-packed with exceptional UX/UI design? 

We want to bring your vision and talent to help us progress from an MVP to a fully functioning, consumer-facing digital product to unlock the potential of the world’s 2.5 bn game players. 

Our product: an online service that enables players of video games to make the most of and  capitalise upon their in-game talent out of game. Our core user: 17-34 playing non-casual games 6+ hrs a week, looking for professional development.


Key responsibilities:

  • lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches

  • work with co-founders and a software developer to find elegant but practical solutions

  • rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes across mobile and web

  • translate user insights into inspiring, fun design

  • recruit and manage copywriter, artist and other freelancers, if required

  • keep product design and development on track and looking towards future horizons


Who you are: 

  • A designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer-tech digital products (web and mobile) and some exposure to the games industry  

  • Passionate about games, design and all things digital, always eager to learn, possess and pursue extra curiosity

  • Leading edge, skilled in using design tools and with a strong creative ability 

Skills required:

Understanding: JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Soft skills required:
