The Producer is responsible for being the key point of contact on the product, while maintaining all tasking, scheduling, and the feature roadmap. This person should be comfortable owning, understanding, and communicating key daily, weekly and quarterly product goals, as well as voicing concerns and issues as they arise. This role is deep-seated in the day-to-day operations of the project: scrums, scheduling, JIRA project management and team management. You should be a proactive, creative problem solver who can identify an issue as well as provide options for best course of action.

    • Work in partnership with the Executive Producer and discipline leads to develop, drive and maintain schedule for a product including feature and release planning
    • Coordinate and run cross-functional team meetings, manage project database (JIRA), and document product schedule/milestones
    • Responsible for maintaining and executing said schedule
    • Manage vertical and horizontal stakeholders’ expectations throughout the development cycle. Provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance revenue goals against product realities
    • Proactively identifies risks associated with feature and release milestones; ensures necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties
    • Be the heart of the product; have a clear understanding of the product, feature schedule, player base, and KPIs
    • 5+ years of game development experience in an internal game development production or product management role
    • Experience shipping 1 or more F2P mobile games. Ideally experienced with high DAU (daily active users) and revenue producing games
    • Data-driven approach to decision making
    • Must have experience on at least one game from conception through LiveOps
    • Demonstrated experience owning revenue, live operation, and strategy for successful mobile game products
    • Cross-functional experience managing work across engineering, design, art, QA, CS, etc.
    • Proven leadership experiences; solve team issues - don’t create them
    • Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
    • Thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and are comfortable making decisions in a complex environment with incomplete information
    • Demonstrate exceptional organization, communication and management skills
    • Demonstrated organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
