Producer - Candy Franchise
We're looking for a Game Producer to deliver world leading casual games. If you want to create entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go then this is the right job for you. Working with a team of developers and artists you will be responsible for developing great game ideas and putting them in the hands of our players.
Your role within our Kingdom
Lead a cross-discipline team or subset of a larger game team to deliver quality features or content aligned to a game's vision and performance goals.
Partner with Senior or Executive Producers to understand and support game vision and performance goals, quality expectations, and game-wide backlog.
Innovate and lead the implementation of new features and functions that make the game more fun, profitable, viral and revolutionising.
Work with the game team to dedicatedly identify and mitigate known and emerging problems and risks, and promote team-wide visibility.
Partner with our agilists to support and contribute to the evolution of current team development approaches, including agile and lean methods and principles.
Encourage and supporting a positive, creative, feedback-focused culture in your teams and help identify and take care of morale or engagement issues.
Support communication and coordination with external groups such as tech platforms and tools, localization, marketing, etc.
Partner with senior team leadership to identify and resolve staffing needs.
Align your teams' backlog, ways of working and feature delivery within the larger game team and its goals.
Have contributed to the development, release and/or service operations of at least one game or live digital product.
Experience in leading teams in aligning to and executing against product vision and goals.
Working within a positive, open-feedback team culture and environment to boost engagement, ownership, and accountability.
Understanding and/or experience of F2P business model.
Knowledge of the mobile game market and platforms.
Able to receive feedback openly and adjust leadership style and way of working.
Proven analytical and data-informed decision-making.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Real passion for games.
Experience with lean/agile development methodologies.
Experience in game development crafts such as art, game design, engineering, QA/QC.
Experience with outsourcing or distributed teams/development.
