Digital Bros Game Academy is based in Milan, Italy and provides training for aspiring developers who want to begin a career in the video games industry. Founded thanks to the experience of the Digital Bros Group, a global company operating in the digital entertainment industry with offices in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the UK, the United States, China and Japan, the Digital Bros Game Academy represents a concrete opportunity for people pursuing a career in Game Design, Game Programming and Game Art.

We are currently working on a project to build online learning content alongside the bricks and mortar academy offering. Our vision is to create an online training experience, driven by an engaging user experience and an emphasis on learning by doing.

We are accepting applications from game designers and developers interested in working full-time on the project as Online Trainers and Content Writers.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in the video game industry
  • Background and experience in game design and/or game development
  • Excellent skills in Unity 3D and good working knowledge of Unreal Engine

Additional, but not required:

  • Previous experience working in an educational context

This is a remote position.


  • Carry out training needs analysis
  • Define the skill sets needed for students to succeed in the industry
  • Design training programs appropriate to the skills needed
  • Develop an appropriate mix of formal and informal online training activities
  • Ensure that the learning environment and resources support learner needs
  • Design course materials and documents such as lectures, demos, tasks and projects
  • Be familiar with the learning platform and use it to deliver learning
  • Deliver training programs online (e.g. E-learning, webinars, cohort sessions and projects)
  • Support and coach learners using learning technologies to deliver skills
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
  • Liaise with the program manager and marketing manager to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience is provided
  • Develop peer networks to keep abreast of current thinking
  • Maintain appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation.
