Manage all front of house duties.Undertake PA responsibilities for Studio Management.Oversee all local facilities and office contracts.Facilitate client visits/meetings including setting up rooms for internal and external meetings, including organising refreshments/catering where appropriate.Process all incoming and outgoing post.Handle monthly and weekly finance submissions - employee expenses, company credit card breakdowns and petty cash.Order and maintain wholesale stock, stationery and printer supplies.Organise weekly and monthly studio kitchen orders whilst adhering to monthly budgets - restocking and replenishing supplies within the studio and in the kitchen.Ensure that the office complies with health and safety and any other policies that are introduced by health and safety/HR.Liaise with recruitment to obtain all relevant documents for interview candidates.Make arrangements locally for new starters and contractors including health and safety/HR inductions.Book UK and International travel and accommodation for all staff. Assist with arrangements for staff travel documents, passport requirements, visas etc.Record absences.Help arrange studio wide eventsUndertake and organise local fire safety training and first aid training.

Sumo Leamington are looking for an Office Coordinator Apprentice to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio whilst contributing to a continuously improving working environment.
You will be given the job training you need to up skill in your role, and your 20% off the job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. If successful, you will complete an Apprenticeship in Business Administration delivered through our apprenticeship provider.
