Marketing Specialist, CRM Operations - FTC
Do you want to work on the biggest mobile game franchise in the world, with a global fan base of over 76M? We are looking for an experienced marketer with attention to detail to create, manage and execute campaigns at scale for Candy Crush players.This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave.
Your Role Within our Kingdom
If you love games and have the proven ability, passion and skills to manage and operate CRM campaigns from concept to execution, as well as analyze, report and learn from the results, then this is the job for you!We are looking for an exceptional, rigorous and skillful marketer who can help setup, monitor and drive campaigns to engage the players using our CRM channels. You will be part of the CRM team and your task is to deliver and optimize a world-class experience for our audience. This includes driving engagement of players and reactivation of dormant players as well as looking at newer initiatives to create moments of magic within the overall gaming experience.You will specialize in direct communication to our players throughout their life cycle, about game features and events, promotions and other content, delivering through our channels (In-game messages, Push Notification and Email). Support the Candy Crush Franchise CRM Lifecycle marketing by running campaigns and events as dictated by the marketing plans with a focus on campaign set-up, execution and reporting of performance.
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of your activities.Report your progress and learnings and share key insights with various stakeholders. Iterate, improve and optimize.
Becoming an expert on the marketing tools supporting the campaign process
Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from CRM and marketing to game teams to management, offer them visibility on your activity, as well as share with them insights and community feedback.The position reports into the Studio Marketing Director for the Candy Crush Franchise
Cultural: You are smart, hard-working, low-ego and able to work in a fast-paced business environment.
Industry: You will have experience of working within a consumer internet or mobile business with a substantial customer base, and broad set of products or services.
Functional: You will have CRM and retention expertise, with in-depth knowledge in at least one of our key channels (e-mail, Facebook, mobile push, navigation, cross promotion and in-game messaging).
Highly numerate: You will be very comfortable evaluating and optimizing campaigns in a quantitatively robust manner.You will know how to leverage test and learn approaches to your campaigns.
International experience: King is an extremely international business (there are Candy Crush Saga players in Antarctica!) - so candidates with strong international experience are desirable.
